Our current project is a combination barn and apartment in Loudoun County,VA.  The barn features seven 12 x 12 stalls, one 12 x 16 foaling stall, 6 x 12 feed room 10 x 12 wash stall; 14 x 12 tack room with half bath and a 14 x 12 office.  The 1200 square foot apartment consists of a large open living, dining and kitchen area, an office, bedroom and large bath.
The building is ready for siding, windows and Dutch doors.  The upper portion covered with plywood is the apartment area.  The opposite end of the second floor is a hay loft.
The apartment require a complete 1 hour fire separation which is accomplished by multiple layers of fire code drywall.

Red siding installation is underway. Trim will start soon.
Stalls are nearly completed and are ready for mats.
One hour fire separation is of fire code drywall and is complete (between apartment and barn/loft).
Tack room window and electrical panel.
Siding and trim will soon be completed.
Cross buck sliding doors will be finished before loft slider is installed.
Loft is complete with rails.
