Completed Projects
The Greenbrier Equestrian Center at The Greenbrier Resort, consisted of:

• a 40 stall barn for the Hotel
• a 40 x 80 storage building
• a 30 x 36 bedding storage building
• and an upscale 24 stall barn for The Sporting Club Members


Fox Meadow Farm, This design-build project utilized the input of the owners, the owner's veterinarian, Dr. Lisa Reeves of Crozet, our own construction team and Adams Sutphin of Train and Partners Architects in Charlottesville.

The job includes: an addition to the existing barn containing four foaling stalls, wash stall, and 2nd floor storage; a separate barn for hay, feed and bedding storage. Construction began on February 12, 2003.

The owners of Fox Meadow Farm, in an effort to create a more comprehensive equestrian center, have begun construction of a 70’ x 144’ indoor arena.  This dimension creates a regulation small dressage arena with a viewing area at one end.


Raphine Barn, The job includes: an addition to the existing barn containing four foaling stalls, wash stall, and 2nd floor storage; a separate barn for hay, feed and bedding storage.


Oakleigh, The barn features seven 12 x 12 stalls, one 12 x 16 foaling stall, 6 x 12 feed room 10 x 12 wash stall; 14 x 12 tack room with half bath and a 14 x 12 office.  The 1200 square foot apartment consists of a large open living, dining and kitchen area, an office, bedroom and large bath.
